Manage your consent

You can update your analytics and marketing preferences at any time from the button below or from the footer.

What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Moove collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through moove.store and related consultations, inquiries, and product-interest requests.

It applies to visitors browsing our website in English or French, people contacting us by email, people subscribing to email updates, and anyone engaging with our product, fitting, and community content.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred language, city or region, and any details you include when asking about products, fitting, financing, or service.

When you use our website contact form, we also process the form contents, page context, preferred language, and a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token so we can respond to your request and reduce spam or abuse.

When you subscribe to email updates, we collect your email address, preferred language, signup source, consent confirmation, and the page context needed to manage the subscription.

We also collect technical and usage information needed to operate and improve the site, such as IP-derived region, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral sources, and interactions with selected calls to action.

  • Product and catalog browsing activity
  • Clicks on fitting, inquiry, and contact calls to action
  • Cookie and consent preferences stored on your device

How we use personal information

We use personal information to answer inquiries, recommend appropriate products, arrange fittings, improve site content, maintain security, and understand whether our website is useful to visitors.

Where you have provided consent, we also use analytics and marketing tools to measure website performance and understand whether campaigns or referrals lead to useful visits and inquiries.

If you subscribe to email updates, we use your email address to send product news, fitting resources, community stories, and related updates. You may unsubscribe or withdraw your consent at any time.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising tools

Moove uses a consent banner to control non-essential cookies and scripts. By default, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel remain off until you explicitly opt in.

Google Analytics helps us measure page visits, product and catalog journeys, and selected lead-oriented interactions. Meta Pixel helps us understand whether marketing campaigns and referral traffic are resulting in product interest or contact requests.

You may accept all, reject non-essential tracking, or manage analytics and marketing categories separately at any time.

Disclosure and cross-border processing

We share information only with service providers and platforms that help us operate the website, provide content, answer requests, or measure website performance. These may include hosting and delivery providers, analytics providers, and marketing platforms.

For contact-form submissions and newsletter subscriptions, Moove uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help filter abusive traffic and Resend to deliver inquiry emails, manage email subscribers, and send email communications.

Some suppliers, including Google, Meta, and Resend, may process information outside Quebec or outside Canada, including in the United States or other jurisdictions. When we enable these tools, we do so only after an internal privacy review of the relevant transfer and protection measures.

Retention, safeguards, and your rights

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes identified above, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve service or support matters.

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent for optional tracking or email updates, or ask questions about our privacy practices. You may also submit a complaint to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you believe your privacy rights have not been respected.
