PAWS City 12: compact manoeuvring
The PAWS City 12 is the most compact model in the range. Its 12-inch drive wheel and 100 cm turning circle suit tighter indoor spaces, smooth pavement, and everyday city routes. Six configurations cover manual or automatic docking, standard or tetra controls, and two frame-distance ranges.
PAWS City 14: more wheel for urban surfaces
The PAWS City 14 preserves the City family's compact handling while moving to a 14-inch drive wheel. It is intended for smooth streets, uneven pavement, and flattened curbs where a little more wheel and torque can help. It also has six docking, control, and frame-distance configurations.
PAWS Cruiser 16: mixed city and path use
The PAWS Cruiser 16 is the middle ground for people whose week includes both city routes and moderately challenging paths. Its 16-inch wheel, 500 W motor, and 78 Nm of torque are designed to smooth out more uneven ground without moving to the Tourer's longer, wider setup. Three configurations cover manual or automatic docking and standard or tetra controls.
PAWS Tourer 20: touring and rougher terrain
The PAWS Tourer 20 uses a 20 × 4-inch fat tire and a longer wheelbase for roots, bumps, loose surfaces, and longer outdoor routes. It provides the highest listed torque in the range at 87 Nm, but it also has the largest turning circle and the greatest total weight. Three configurations cover manual or automatic docking and standard or tetra controls.

A PAWS fitting starts with the complete system rather than one headline specification. Moove checks the wheelchair frame, footrest and attachment area; the available frame-distance range; the rider's posture, reach, hand function and control preference; and how docking and lifting will work during a normal day.

The standard PAWS battery is listed at 48 V, 11.6 Ah, and 557 Wh, with a full charge time of approximately five hours. A smaller 278 Wh battery option is listed for air travel. Airlines set and apply their own battery requirements, so the battery and trip must be confirmed directly with the airline before every flight.
